2019 Fitness Goals


This post is clearly a few months past-due, but it is still something I wanted to share. This year, I did not want to set health goals that would be unattainable, but I did want to accomplish a few things before I reached the age of 25! So below is my list of fitness goals I’d like to achieve:

Run a 5K (like nonstop)

Do 20 push ups in a row

Hike more often

Do a pull-up

What are your goals for this year or just in general?
